Right I need to get something straight…

Amanda told us about the hand-powered washing machines. And I was the first one out of Monte and me to suggest we get one. I was the one who suggested that Monte bid on it on ebay, and I was the one who told him to increase his highest bid so we would win. I was the one who excitedly opened the box when it arrived, and I was the one who got it started within ten minutes of receiving it.

So therefore I must confess that the whole hand-powered washing machine saga is my own doing. At no time did Monte suggest that it be our only form of clothes maintenance. And I must confess that it is great fun to use and I am looking forward to having one muscular, buff arm from all the washing I have to do once we get back from Adelaide!
