Cauliflower Soup (recipe)

Please make this soup.

You’ll need:
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion, diced
2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 head cauliflower, cut into small pieces
2 tsp beef stock
500ml water

You’ll need to:
Fry up garlic and onion in butter
Add potato, cauliflower, stock and water.
Summer until vegetables are soft.
Allow to cool.
Blend with an electric mixer.

I find this so delicious; I don’t add pepper, salt etc but you might like to. It is so good with a slice of toasted and buttered homemade bread.
