We had a great day at the Huon Show last weekend. It took us nearly 5 hours to walk around the main oval, with all the stopping we did for various reasons: patting baby animals; gawking at old machinery; eating sausages; stopping for coffee; watching horses; feeding the baby; changing the baby; eating ice-cream; and watching the G in a Girl Guides play!
Elora was pretty in some of the things I knitted for her!

The kids and me by the horses. Pretty sky!
Georgia before the Girl Guides play (yes, she was a famous Girl Guide biscuit!)

It was a fun, busy day. I enjoyed the flower displays. I can’t wait to have a garden! I also loved seeing the handmade yarncrafts, and am inspired to do some knitting or crochet, maybe for next year’s event. Maybe.
