Rainbows

It was a lovely, sunny day, until I hung my washing out to dry and it began to rain. It’s always the way.

When I brought my little children home in the afternoon, we watched this rainbow. Matthew noticed that the end of it landed on our property. I suggested there’d be a pot of gold there. Georgia wanted to go and explore, to see if we could go and have a look at the end of the rainbow. I tell you what: when my babies are grown up and so accustomed to rainbows that they don’t talk about them anymore, I will remember this day, when a rainbow was the topic of much discussion with my precious ones.

Have a good weekend! May you stop to smell the roses and take in the beauty of rainbows.
