Fabric Friday

Published by Rebecca on January 20, 2012

I want to share with you my current obsession and favourite fabric. It’s from Amy Butler. It’s called Heirloom in Jade in the Lark range.

I adore it for its colour and the quality of the fabric. I adore florals. I usually lean towards pink, so this jade colour is different for me – and I am in love. So much so that I have bought two lots of this fabric, arriving in my post two days apart – I had forgotten I had already purchased it, and bought it again! Never mind. I’m going to need more anyway. I have endless ideas for this one, mostly home decorating, but I wondered if it would be suitable for a skirt for me! Or, better still, a bag that I can use daily. I shall ponder the issue, whilst sneaking more of this, and other items from the beautiful Lark range, into my online shopping cart (I find that fabric is $10/yard from Etsy shops based in the US, as opposed to $25/metre from Australian shops).

Happy happy joy joy
