I’ve seen this idea on Pinterest so I’m not claiming it as my own idea, but it’s a great idea. We’ve tried it a few times and the cake in this post was made by Elora, age 3.
ingredients
1 can crushed pineapple in syrup
1 packet butter cake mix
method
– Mix cake mix and pineapple and juice.
– Bake as per packet instructions
Decorate as desired. We used 250g icing sugar and water and some food colouring. Guess who added the colouring?! And sprinkles?!
Seriously though, Elora mixed it, baked it and decorated it on her own.
