Today was such a happy day. The sky was blue, the air was fresh and the sun was warm. Of course, I had the feeling it was all just for me! I was surrounded by people I love: my husband, children, inlaws and friends (and coffee!), all of whom enrich my life. Beauty and happiness was all around me today, and whilst I cannot pinpoint one specific moment of beauty, I did spend some time in my garden, admiring these beauties.
Oh, and I thought I’d add that I put some light shades up in the kitchen and living area today, after nearly 2 years in the house. There’s still a few more rooms to do, and the lighting in the living room and kitchen is temporary (new lights and fittings are yet to be installed), but it’s nice to gain a more complete feeling!
